CORRINE DROST
HEAD COACH
Corrine is currently the Assistant Coach at Nationally ranked McDonogh School, where she works with the offense. Helping to lead the team to a 14-3 season and developing player's to earn IAAM All-Conference awards. Previously, Corrine had the privilege of spearheading a remarkable turnaround for the REDS lacrosse program. Arriving amidst a challenging 1-12 record the previous season, Corrine changed the culture that helped propel Roland Park to a commendable 10-10 record in her second season as head coach. This achievement not only marked a significant improvement in performance but also led the school to their first playoff appearance since 2019, instilling a newfound sense of pride and success within the team. Corrine was a standout player at the University of Delaware, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the game. Transitioning into coaching, she embarked on a decade-long tenure at the Division 1 level, with impactful stints at renowned institutions such as Delaware, Drexel, William & Mary, and Penn State. During this time, she had the privilege of mentoring numerous athletes who went on to receive accolades such as Rookie of the Year in both the CAA and Big Ten conferences, showcasing her ability to identify and nurture exceptional talent.
